We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Return Policy

A Jewelry Wonderland gladly accepts returns within 30 days of the date on the purchase receipt. Refunds of unworn merchandise will be accepted ONLY if original tags are on merchandise. Special Order merchandise is non-returnable.

Return Process

To return unworn merchandise with original tags, please follow our simple three-step process:

1. Report - Please report your return to us before you return package. Send email to hello@ajwonderland.com. Please include in the subject field RETURNS and your Order Number. Please send a message with the reason for your return.
2. Packaging – Include all unworn merchandise in its original packaging items in your shipment. Insure your package with your shipping carrier.
